Qigong, (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese energy cultivation technique. Its aim is to stimulate and balance the flow of chi, or "vital energy" through the body. Using easy-to-follow combinations of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movements Qigong exercises help to remove blocks and increase the flow of energy through your body. When it flows free, Chi energy heals and restores the body.
There are many different styles of Qigong and also many different exercises. In one-to-one qigong tuition at Therapy Training School it is the movements of Tai Chi Qigong which are explored and practised with the accent on the requirements of the individual.
With one-to-one tuition you can learn how to design your own practice routine, learn more about your own body and how to maintain its health by using the most appropriate exercises and breathing routines for your lifestyle.

Qigong tuition £25
Solo tuition is offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 7.00pm
Qigong one day workshops £145
One-day workshops may be arranged for an individual doing the workshop on a one-to-one basis or for a group of up to four people booking together for a group workshop.
