Yoga tuition and classes

Anyone can take part in our Yoga lessons; all ages and levels of fitness. Learn to use yoga for improving health, weight loss and flexibility, through to combating depression and insomnia.
One-hour lessons may be arranged for an individual or for two friends during weekdays, evenings or weekends. Many styles of yoga can be learned and you progress at your own pace.

Yoga lessons £25
Solo lessons is offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 7.00pm

Please contact us directly to book your lesson. We will arrange a mutually convenient time for your lesson to take place either during the day or early evening.
